We encourage all families to contact their insurance provider in advance to verify whether telehealth services are covered under their specific plan and what copayments or limitations may apply. For families who prefer to pay out-of-pocket or whose insurance does not cover telehealth, we offer a direct cash invoice option, which must be settled prior to the scheduled telehealth visit. This ensures transparency and flexibility, allowing you to choose the payment method that works best for your family.
